Are my files safe?
Yes. Files are used only to perform the requested job and are auto-deleted within 24 hours. They are never shared with third parties.
Can I use it without signing up?
Yes. You get 3 free jobs per day. With an account, the limit and file-size cap go up.
What is the maximum file size?
Free: 50 MB. Starter: 200 MB. Pro: 1 GB. Unlimited: 4 GB.
Which file formats are supported?
PDF, Word, Excel, JPG/PNG/WebP, MP4/MOV, MP3/WAV, ZIP and more. Each tool's detail page lists the accepted formats.
Do I have API access?
Yes, on the Pro and Unlimited plans. Create keys from Account → API Keys.
Can I cancel my paid plan?
Yes, anytime. You also get a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
How do I download my result?
When the job is complete, the download link appears on the page. The link is valid for 24 hours.
I forgot my password — what now?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit / debit card via Stripe. All payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
My job failed — what should I do?
Make sure your file is not corrupted or password-protected. If the issue persists, write to support@webtoolsolutions.org.
